Seresto Flea & Tick Collar

Excellent solution against fleas, ticks and other parasites. It gradually releases the active ingredients (imidacloprid and flumethrin), ensuring protection for up to 8 months, although I personally change the collar every 6 months because around six months I actually notice the cats start scratching a bit more than usual as if it bothers them, so I adapt to their behaviour. I've never had any problems, I've never found fleas. The cats are indoor cats, they always live inside but we walk around and could bring anything into our homes, but with Seresto I feel very relaxed knowing my cats are protected and safe. It's water-resistant and doesn't lose effectiveness if it gets wet. The collar is adjustable, usually before putting it on the cat I tend to mould it a bit with my hands to make it slightly softer so that when I fasten it, it slides better and also cuts better, in case of excessive traction the collar comes off/breaks easily so as not to strain or hurt our cats. It's recommended to leave the space between the collar and the cat's neck equal to two fingers but I would say it depends on the size of your cat, for safety I base it on a measurement of 3 fingers so I know it's actually not too tight but not too loose that the cat can take it off, and even if it seems slightly larger, it still offers complete and lasting protection. Ideal for cats that live both indoors and outdoors. It's an excellent choice for those looking for a practical solution to keep their cat protected from parasites.

Excellent product, I will definitely replace it with the pipette from a well-known brand, which should prevent flea and tick infestation. My dogs go into the garden often and to my amazement I discovered (despite the pipette) that they were infested with fleas. With Seresto I'm checking them and they don't have any more! Highly recommended product, lasts 8 months and I only spend money once, covering the entire period!

As per the title, my dog has never had ticks or fleas with this flea and tick treatment. And, unlike what I used before from another well-known brand, this one doesn't leave marks on the white coat even over time.
